One of my favourite parts of creating perfume is the waiting.
It sounds strange, but it's during those quiet weeks of maturation that the magic happens. I'll often revisit a fragrance I blended a fortnight earlier and discover it's become softer, deeper and far more beautiful than the day I made it.
It's a gentle reminder that some of the best things can't be rushed.
