Shipping policy

OUR SHIPPING POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS: 

We endeavour to get your parcel out in the mail within 3-5 business days.

We use Australia post for our shipping. 
We only send parcels via Standard & Express post. 
Please be advised that we cannot be liable for any delays by Australia Post. 
Tracking will be updated at time of dispatch and you can monitor your parcels progress. 

For any lost parcels we will lodge a claim on your behalf and keep you updated on our progress. If parcel is redeemed lost, it will be up to the discretion of FRANK AND LAZULI how to proceed.
