If it’s not quite right for you, simply contact us at hello@frankandlazuli.com within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. We’ll confirm your return eligibility and provide the return address.

The full-size fragrance must remain sealed and unopened. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using tracked postage. Please retain your tracking or lodgement details until your refund has been processed.

Once your unopened perfume has been safely returned and inspected, we’ll process your refund.

And the 2ml sample is yours to keep.
